Delta Cement Production Company Ltd. is a private sector company operating under an investment authorization from the Kurdistan Regional Government – Iraq since 2006. The Delta Cement plant was constructed by Sinoma, a Chinese company, in 2014. Strategically located on the Sulaimani – Kirkuk Road in Iraq, Delta Cement enjoys an advantageous position that enables the creation of an efficient distribution system across the entire country. With an annual production capacity of 4 million tons, the plant produces high-quality cement in two main variants: OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) – CEM I 42.5 R, compliant with Iraqi Standards (IQS 5285), Kharasana – CEM II/A-L 42.5 R (Portland Limestone Cement) Delta Cement’s strategy focuses on reaching end users — including block factories, ready-mixed concrete companies, infrastructure and oil projects, and individual home builders — through a wide network of distribution agents as well as direct sales. The company proudly distributes its products throughout Iraq.
